Maurile J. Tremblay is a business law attorney advising clients in corporate and limited liability company formation, business litigation, contract drafting and review, real estate litigation and transactions, including landlord-tenant relations, and labor and employment law, including employment contracts and disputes.
He previously served as General Counsel to First Nations Home Finance Corp., where he supervised 120 employees and handled all of the company’s legal matters
